All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. .
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund provided you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot. If you need to postpone rather than cancel, we’re happy to transfer your booking to the next available session that suits your schedule. No refund will be issued in this case, but your place will be held and rescheduled accordingly. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will not be eligible for a refund, though we will always try to accommodate rescheduling where possible.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully during workshops. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
All materials provided during the Masterclass are the intellectual property of DLP Masterclass and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Any images you create using your camera remain your copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
DLP Masterclass is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course of any workshop.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of revision.
